    Source inspection at vendor facilities

    We attend the shop. We verify dimensional, material certification, and weld quality against your specifications and the applicable codes. Defects caught before shipment do not become RFIs on site.

  2. 02

    Expediting and production monitoring

    Production-plan and capacity evaluation. Schedule adherence reporting. We surface delay risk early enough for you to do something about it, not after the slip is irreversible.

  3. 03

    Supplier capability evaluation

    Pre-qualification audits of suppliers entering or being considered for your network. Strengths, weaknesses, and risk profile written in plain English. Repeat audits available on the cadence your procurement team chooses.
