- 01
Welding procedure qualification and WPS development
Procedure development to ASME, API, AWS, and CSA codes. Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) witnessed and recorded. Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) written to client and code requirements.

Welder qualification test witnessing
On-site witnessing of welder qualification tests. Certification documentation written to the codes that govern your project. Repeat-test scheduling for welders who fail the first attempt.

NDT witnessing
Radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant test witnessing. We verify equipment calibration, technique adherence, and findings interpretation before signing off.
- 04
Welding audits
Periodic or pre-shipment audits of welding programs at fabricators and suppliers. Findings written against the applicable code, with recommended corrective actions.
