Expert Witness

Expert witness services for welding, NDT, materials, and inspection disputes. Case evaluation, technical analysis, expert reports, deposition and trial testimony. Our inspectors are qualified to testify because their day job is producing the records that get subpoenaed.

   Case evaluation and analysis

   Review of evidence, reports, drawings, and applicable industry standards. Plain-English assessment of where the disputed work meets the standard and where it does not.

2. 02

   Expert reports

   Reports written to the form courts and arbitrators expect. Specific code citations, photographic evidence, and reasoning that survives cross-examination.

3. 03

   Deposition and trial testimony

   Clear, confident, fact-based testimony in depositions and courtrooms. We are the inspectors who wrote the reports, not consultants reading them for the first time on the stand.

4. 04

   Litigation support

   Strategy support during discovery. Identification of records, witnesses, and physical evidence that should be preserved or sought. Cross-examination preparation for opposing experts.

   Scope and retainer

   Hourly billing with retainer. Scope tracked against budget weekly so there are no surprises.

3. STEP 03

   Discovery and analysis

   Document review, site visits, deposition prep as the case requires.

4. STEP 04

   Testimony

   Deposition or trial appearances arranged through your counsel. Travel and standby billed transparently.
