Privacy.
Plain-English statement of what we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it. Prima Strategic Group, Inc. is the data controller.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Personal information we receive
Contact form submissions. Your name, company, work email, optional phone number, and the message you send us. Plus the source page you submitted from (e.g. a pillar page versus a case study page) so we can route the message internally.
Inspector applications. Personal contact details, certifications, experience, insurance details, and uploaded documents (resume, certification copies, insurance certificate). This information is required to evaluate candidates for our 1099 inspector network.
Technical information. IP address, browser type, and basic page-analytics data (which pages were viewed, how long, in what sequence). Vercel Web Analytics collects this in aggregate without cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any other third-party tracking script on this site.
WHAT WE DO WITH IT
How we use the information
- Contact-form submissions are routed to the appropriate senior team member, recorded in our CRM, and used to respond to your inquiry.
- Inspector applications are reviewed by our recruiting team, recorded in our applicant tracking system, and used to determine fit for current and future engagements.
- Aggregate page analytics are used to understand which pages are useful and which need work.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
DATA PROCESSORS
Third parties that handle your data on our behalf
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides cookieless page analytics.
- Supabase — stores contact-form submissions and inspector applications in PostgreSQL with row-level security.
- Resend — sends notification emails and auto-replies on form submission.
- Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit — PSG's customer relationship management and applicant tracking systems.
- Cloudflare — provides spam protection (Turnstile) on form submissions.
RETENTION
How long we keep it
- Client correspondence: up to seven years (industry-standard professional records retention).
- Incomplete contact-form drafts: 14 days after the last edit.
- Inspector applications (rejected): 24 months, then deleted unless the candidate re-engages.
- Inspector applications (accepted): for the duration of the working relationship plus seven years.
- Page analytics: aggregate only, retained indefinitely; no per-visitor records.
YOUR RIGHTS
Requesting access or deletion
Email privacy@primasg.com to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to request its deletion. We respond within 30 calendar days.
